Lumina Arts Center
Our Arts Center provides a safe haven for creative expression. The ability to foster the future of authentic story telling through a safe space in which creatives can create is especially exciting for us. We currently offer our Playwright Program (see below). Future programs will include varied Masterclasses, Fine Arts, and Dance.
Playwright Program:
Lumina Theatre and Arts Center is proud to have produced our first Playwright Program production: Never ~ A Peter Pan Story. This production considered Peter’s struggle when invited to experience “The Greatest Adventure of Them All” Will he answer “Yes!” or will he answer …. “Never!”
Future Programs
Artists retreats: We plan to offer nights of spiritual reflection and growth. A chance for actors and actresses to step away from the hustle and bustle of our industry and to re-center themselves on why the world needs artists committed to uplifting and inspirational art.
Healing through Fine Arts: The power of the arts to heal is a measurable physiological and psychological phenomena which has been used since the ancient Greeks to inspire those who encounter it. Harnessing this power we intend to have nights of healing through beauty for those scarred and wounded by the ugliness of our world.

A look our Art Centers initiatives for Creatives during the Pandemic
During the pandemic, when theatres went dark, Lumina had a creative space for actors, musicians, and all artists while we awaited our cue to return to the stage. This amazing and enriching workspace hosted creative dialog, dramatic readings, and even led to the creation of our virtual video productions, The Cask of Amontillado and A Christmas Extravaganza!
